1. Sepanjang tempoh anda berpantang, sila lakukan perkara penting yang akan memberi kesan jangka panjang dan untuk seumur hidup anda.

Ikat rambut dan sanggul tinggi-tinggi ketat biar naik atas kepala.
Berpilis dan berparam pada dahi dan badan untuk buang segala kotoran dalaman dan mengelakkan anda pening, migrain dan paling teruk meroyan.
Sila jauhkan diri anda dari kipas dan aircond selama 44 hari (minimumkan)
Memakai baju panas dan stoking tebal sampai ke betis itu wajib.
Sila minum air kopi sekali sehari.
Air kosong satu gelas sehari (Yang ini memang amalan Ira dan yang lain tak perlu kecam, nak ikut, ikut. Tak nak tak perlu. Ikut keperluan badan masing-masing)
Balance minum air akar traditional ini untuk memastikan segala darah kotor, apa-apa yang tertinggal terutama darah bantal keluar dengan mudah dan memastikan dalaman kembali grip dan sihat semula.
Dengan pengamalan air akar traditional ini seminggu saja boleh keluar habis kekotoran dalaman. Ira amalkan (teh herba) yang memang hilangkan dahaga, sejukkan badan, susu badan memang banyak dan tiada masalah sembelit. Yang penting perut cepat saja kempis dan Ira dulu 4 darah bantal besar penumbuk keluar dari bawah.
Sila makan makanan rebus dan bakar sahaja. Minyak-minyak ini tak elok untuk rahim, miss v dan badan kita yang sedang kembang disebabkan urat-urat yang putus selepas bersalin.
Lebihkan air oren sunquick/buah sunkist dan elakkan makan semua buahan lain. Sunquick sahaja ya untuk mempercepatkan proses penyembuhan. (Ini Dr. Yang pesan ya tapi memang berkesan).
(Bagi yang sembelit) sila dapatkan ubat cair najis di hospital swasta yang kesan dia lebih baik. Kita bagi pendapat berdasarkan pengalaman tetapi dapatkan nasihat dari yang pakar dulu.
Jauhkan diri anda dari suami dan elakkan perasaan “horny” kerana itu akan menyebabkan sistem badan jadi tidak terkawal dan potensi untuk meroyan dan bentan itu tinggi.
Amalkan ikan haruan hidup, pegaga, untuk memperkemaskan lagi kedudukan rahim anda dan luka yang dipotong sewaktu anda di dalam “OT”
Elakkan makan makanan sejuk dan lauk pauk yang berat. Untuk mengelakkan badan naik secara mendadak dan akan susah kurus.
Makan nasi dua kali sahaja, jangan tambah. Lauk banyak tak apa, janji nasi sikit.
Balance makan biskut cracker kosong. Jangan ada tambahan gula okay. Nak gula minum dalam air sunquick itu sahaja. (Ini pantang Ira, pantang korang, buat cara korang ye)
Jauhkan diri anda dari terkena angin luar (berjalan di dalam rumah sahaja). Hal ini untuk memastikan badan anda tidak dimasuki oleh angin (bahasa kampungnya) disebabkan bulu roma yang sedang terbuka luas selepas bersalin.
Elakkan melakukan sebarang aktiviti yang melibatkan tenaga perut supaya perut anda tidak akan menggeleber dan tidak tegang sampai bila-bila.
Urusan anak serahkan pada keluarga. Banyakkan rehat dan bertungku pada bahagian badan yang lain kecuali di bahagian jahitan sahaja.

2. Perbuatan yang mengundang anda bentan, badan masuk angin, badan kembang, badan sentiasa sakit.

Jangan menyapu / vacuum
Jangan basuh pinggan
Jangan sidai baju
Jangan angkat bath tub anak
Jangan kemas rumah
Jangan langgar pantang makan minum
Jauhkan diri anda dari suami selama tempoh 44 hari yang wajib ini
Jangan dukung anak kecil atau kucing
Jangan tidur dalam keadaan leher dan rambut terdedah dengan angin atau aircond dengan sengaja.
Berbengkung selepas setahun bersalin
Amalkan jamu selepas kuning anak turun sahaja
Amalkan herba kayu untuk mendapatkan perut yang tegang kemas dan badan yang lebih menarik selepas bersalin

*Berpuasa pun boleh 30 hari tak dehydration. 44 hari tempoh berpantang. Bukan tak minum air langsung. Nak ikut, ikut kalau rasa tak boleh ambil mana yang elok. Ini tips berpantang keturunan Ira, keturunan Ira umur 60 muka nampak muda remaja, semua sihat bebas penyakit, kulit tegang, badan ramping dan sihat walaupun dah tua.

*Alhamdulillah anak dah berusia 2 tahun 1 bulan, Ira masih mampu fully breasfeed tanpa miss sehari pun. Nah ini tips berpantang Ira! Boleh amalkan . Nak share pun boleh!

Bagi yang dah terlepas pantang ini, anak baru nanti mulakan semula. InshaAllah badan luaran dan dalaman boleh kembali muda remaja semula. Goodluck!
