Jangan Berjogging Kalau Nak Kurus

Ramai yang nak kurus akan mula dengan latihan berjogging. Ada yang sampai jogging tiap hari, pagi dan petang. Dua kali sehari latihannya, macam nak jadi atlit larian jarak jauh. Macam mana nanti anda dah pulang ke rumah? Makan semula tambahkan kalori, rehat tak bakar kalori. Takkan nak kena jogging sepanjang masa? Di sinilah masuknya latihan yang berintensiti tinggi dan melatih otot badan.

 

Cara Sebenar Kekal Kurus

Untuk membakar lemak dalam jangka masa panjang dan kekal kurus, sebenarnya bukan dengan berjogging tetapi dengan mengangkat bebanan. Atau, dengan kata lain, latihan di gym. Kenapa anda patut bina otot dahulu untuk membakar lemak?

 

1- Otot Tingkatkan Metabolisme

Apabila anda membina otot, badan anda akan naik kadar metabolisme secara semula jadi. Ini menjadikan badan anda membakar lebih banyak kalori semasa rehat daripada biasa.

 

2- Otot Menggunakan Tenaga

Apabila anda memiliki banyak otot, ia juga bermaksud anda akan menggunakan lebih banyak tenaga untuk pergerakan seharian. Sekali gus, ini mendorong kepada pembakaran kalori yang lebih dalam sehari.

 

3- Otot Meningkatkan Sensitiviti Insulin

Dengan membina otot juga, anda meningkatkan keberkesanan pengagihan nutrisi dalam badan terutama sekali pengagihan karbohidrat yang anda makan. Karbohidrat adalah gula dan ia mudah disimpan menjadi lemak. Bina otot supaya nutrisi dapat diserap otot dengan baik, bukannya oleh sel lemak.

 

Pendek kata, untuk membakar lemak, anda kena mula dengan membina otot dahulu untuk meningkatkan metabolisme badan anda secara semula jadi. Proses anda akan lambat sedikit, tetapi ia lebih berkesan dan bertahan lama. Kualiti hasil yang anda dapat juga akan lebih memuaskan daripada berharap kepada berjogging sahaja
